With over 1,000 employees and a £150m turnover, were growing and now looking for experienced Civils Operatives to play a key role in our project delivery teams on our clean water site near Brede in East Sussex.

The Role

You will be working at our Brede site in East Sussex and as a Civils Operative you'll be assisting site teams with general civils construction operations, hand digging around complex services, drainage, pipe laying, concrete, maintaining site cleanliness, transporting materials, and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards. Applications are welcome from skilled ground workers and machine drivers (360 / dumper) who are interested to join us on a long term basis.

1) Technical Responsibilities - Site Operations

• Reporting to our foremen, duties include but are not limited to:
  • General civils construction operations.
  • Drainage, pipe laying, concrete.
  • Hand digging around complex services.
  • Promotion of safety within safety critical environment.
