TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition and RdSAP Surveyors in Sussex and Kent
Role:
Using tablets to record the condition of social housing properties, remaining lifespan of components such as kitchens and bathrooms will be recorded along with the condition of the properties' exterior.
Apex Software
4 to 8 months of work
I have the postcode list (Happy to forward on request)
Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks and pre booked appointments by the client.
Software Training Provided
Outside IR35 role and Paid Per Survey - Flats, Houses and Blocks
Equipment and software proficiency - ability to use specialised tools and software for data collection.
Must be a DEA or have the energy experience (RDSAP)
