Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a Client Services Coordinator to join a professional and caring organisation based in Hastings. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting clients through important life events. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring clients receive a seamless, professional and compassionate experience from their initial enquiry through to service delivery.

- Job Type: Full‑Time, Permanent
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing a high standard of customer care.
- Manage enquiries via telephone, email and in person.
- Co‑ordinate client requirements and ensure services are delivered efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Liaise with colleagues, suppliers and external contacts to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare documentation and correspondence accurately and professionally.
- Manage appointments, schedules and client communications.
- Follow up with clients and ensure all requirements are met.
- Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.
- Previous experience within a customer service, client services, administration or coordination role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional and compassionate approach when dealing with clients.
- Experience working within a service‑led environment.
- Experience handling sensitive or emotionally challenging situations.
- Knowledge of CRM or client management systems.
- Full UK driving licence (mandatory).
- Has a naturally caring, empathetic and professional manner.
- Is confident communicating with people from all backgrounds.
- Remains calm and composed in sensitive situations.
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Is highly organiser and able to manage a varied workload.
- Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality and emotional intelligence.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Is proactive, dependable and solutions focused.
