Santander UK is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor at Hastings Branch to deliver outstanding service in-branch and over the phone. This 35-hour-per-week role operates on a rota from Monday to Saturday and runs for 12 months.
You will handle day-to-day transactions, queries, and servicing, building relationships and improving the customer experience. We seek candidates who excel at customer service, communicate effectively, and are flexible in a fast-paced retail banking environment.
