We're working with a well-established, close-knit architectural practice in Thame that is looking to appoint a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of a diverse range of commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 2-3 years' project management experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive studio environment.

You'll work closely with experienced architects and senior team members, gaining exposure to projects from inception through to completion.

The Role As Junior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the day-to-day management of multiple architectural projects Coordinating programmes, documentation, and project information Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal design team Supporting project delivery from design through to construction Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timescales Helping ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget Attending client and site meetings where required About You We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working within a collaborative team.

You'll ideally have:
Around 2-3 years' experience in a Project Management role within the construction or built environment sector Excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively A professional and client-focused approach Strong IT and administrative skills A genuine desire to continue developing your career within architecture and construction What's on Offer?
