Key Responsibilities

* Support pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, both in and out of the classroom.

* Assist teachers in creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment.

* Help to manage behaviour positively and support pupils in regulating their emotions.

* Encourage independence, confidence and social development.

* Contribute to care, learning and safeguarding plans as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
