• As a core member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will drive the academic and emotional standards of the school:
• Teaching and Learning:
  Lead the delivery of high:quality, differentiated instruction, ensuring the curriculum meets the diverse needs of SEND students.
• Curriculum Leadership:
  Oversee whole:school organisation and strategy, with a particular focus on guiding staff in Science, Maths, and the wider curriculum for Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Assessment and Progress:
  Monitor, record, and report on pupil achievement and coordinate arrangements for external examinations.
• Therapeutic Support:
  Utilise your expertise to embed a therapeutic approach to behaviour management and emotional well:being across the school.
• Operational Strategy:
  Contribute to the implementation and evaluation of school policies and collaborate with the wider educational community to share best practices.
• Staff Management:
  Foster a culture of continuous improvement, flexibility, and cooperation among the staff team.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience working with vulnerable children with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Substantial experience in delivering a high:quality curriculum at Key Stage 3 and 4.
• Previous experience in a senior or middle leadership role.
• A compassionate, proactive, and adaptable leadership style.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with parents, staff, and external professionals.
