We are recruiting an exceptional team of staff to support the next stage of development of a genuinely transformational school. The successful candidate will join a strong history department and will work collaboratively to shape history provision, embed the school vision, and develop an outstanding school that empowers our students to take responsibility for their own destiny.

The role offers the opportunity to grow with the school. Teachers will be supported in their development and preparation for future roles through one-to-one support, coaching, mentoring, and access to extensive network training. Teaching experience is not a determining factor – applications from NQTs as well as more experienced candidates are welcome.

Ark Soane Academy is a brand-new, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school that opened in Ealing in September 2021. Ark Soane Academy is part of Ark, one of the UK’s most successful school groups, with a network of 39 schools across 4 locations. The school opened to 180 students in September 2021 and currently has 540 Year 7, Year 8, and Year 9 students, with plans to grow by 180 students each year until full capacity is reached in 2028.
