Salary: £32,500 (may be negotiable based on experience)
Plus access to annual bonus

Job roleThis is an exciting time to join the UK's largest private healthcare telemedicine company based in Hastings, East Sussex. We are expanding our Service Delivery due to organic growth. In this key front‑line role you will deliver and oversee corporate training to support the development of new and existing staff. You will assess training needs, deliver tailored inductions, create high‑quality learning materials and provide a safe supportive environment for learning.
You will monitor progress, gather feedback and continually improve training programmes.
- Deliver structured training programmes for new and existing employees, producing engaging learning materials and offering approachable ongoing support.
- Ensure training remains current with Medica's processes, policies and technology; act as subject‑matter expert and point of contact for training‑related queries.
- Run refresher sessions to maintain compliance, assess trainee performance and support HR & Recruitment with onboarding.
- Track mandatory training completion, prepare progress reports and gather feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and the wider leadership team to identify skill gaps and shape targeted development plans.
- Manage onboarding tasks (system access, introductions, key contacts) and foster a positive team culture while maintaining flexibility to meet training and service needs.

Job requirements- Two or more years of experience in a training, coaching or development role.
- Experience with Articulate 360 to create digital learning content.
- Experience designing e‑learning, blended learning and structured training programmes.
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis and evaluate learning outcomes.
- Experience delivering training in person and remotely to large groups.
- Strong relationship‑building skills to work effectively with team leaders, managers and new starters.
- Strong planning skills to coordinate and lead onboarding, refresher courses and training compliance.
- Competence in preparing accurate reports and tracking compliance to present back to key stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret training metrics and react accordingly to drive continuous improvement.
