Hours of work: 21.75 per week

Working pattern:
Part-time (0.66 FTE). Salary is pro rata.

Fixed term until: 31 August 2026 (with possibility for extension).

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher looking to make a real difference in a warm, community‑focused primary school? We are seeking a passionate Key Stage 2 teacher to join our friendly team on a part‑time basis.

This fixed‑term position has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Our school is set in a stunning rural location in East Sussex, surrounded by beautiful countryside and strong community spirit. We are just 10 minutes from the historic town of Battle and 15 minutes from the coast, offering the perfect blend of peaceful village life and local attractions. As part of a federation, we also provide opportunities to work collaboratively across schools and develop professionally.

• Has experience teaching Key Stage 2, or a willingness to gain experience.
• Is open to teaching mixed‑year classes.
• Delivers engaging, high‑quality learning experience.
• Values a broad and balanced curriculum.
• Builds positive relationships with children, families, and the community.
