Sencare Recruitment Ltd is looking for an SEMH Learning Support Assistant in Hastings to support children aged 7-16 with SEMH, autism, or ADHD. Candidates should have at least 6 months of relevant experience and be available to work full time, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 and small group support under the guidance of the SEMH teacher, managing behavior, and maintaining records.
Empathy and a calm nature are essential, and a clear DBS registration is required.
