• Support a small class of students with SEMH needs throughout the school day.

• Help students engage in lessons and adapt your approach to suit their individual needs.

• Encourage positive behaviour and keep students motivated and on task.

• Play a vital role in their social and emotional development.

We welcome a range of experiences. Whether you’ve worked in education, youth work, care, or mental health settings, your ability to connect with young people is what counts.

Ideal candidates may have:

• Experience supporting individuals with SEMH needs or behavioural challenges.

• A background working with children or young adults.

• An understanding of therapeutic approaches or trauma-informed practice (desirable, not essential).

• A calm, adaptable, and empathetic nature.
