Westfield School in rural Hastings is seeking an enthusiastic Individual Needs Assistant to provide 1:1 support for Early Years pupils with SEN, including autism and communication needs. You will work under the SENDCO and class teacher to implement personalised plans and monitor progress.
The role is part-time, term-time only (39 weeks plus leave) and pro rata salary. Candidates should be patient, calm, and able to build strong relationships with children, staff and parents.
