Complex Health Care Assistant in Hastings and surrounding areas

We are currently recruiting for Complex Care Assistant in Hastings and surrounding areas. We’re seeking compassionate, caring and experienced team members to join us and support clients within their own homes.

What We’re Looking For
  • Effectively communicate with our clients and invest time in understanding their needs and requirements
  • Think outside the box to introduce new and engaging activities to enrich the clients day‑to‑day life
  • Provide personal and medical care with a professional and compassionate approach
Qualifications
  • Experience with tracheostomy care and PEG feeding (preferred but not essential—training can be provided for the right candidate)
  • A creative and adaptable mindset
  • A caring nature and a commitment to enhancing our client’s quality of life

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Clean UK driving license.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Experienced in providing support for clients with tracheostomy, ventilators, PEG and epilepsy.
