Male Support Workers:
Due to the nature of the roles, we require male support workers to meet genuine occupational requirements for these clients.
Drivers: A valid driver’s license and access to a car are essential, as you'll be helping our clients explore the community and enjoy new experiences.
About the RoleWe're looking for Support Workers to support our young clients in the Hastings, Bexhill-on-Sea and Hailsham areas. Our clients have needs such as autism and challenging behaviour. This role offers a unique opportunity to help our young clients thrive both at home and in the community. All of the packages are double‑up shifts (two support workers on shift together).
Key Responsibilities- Support the clients with personal care, medication, and daily activities.
- Support the clients with moving and handling.
- Provide guidance in managing challenging behaviours and build a trusting, positive rapport.
- Take the clients on exciting community outings.
- Work alongside another support worker during each shift for team‑based support.
- Competitive Pay:
Up to £14 per hour (depending on experience). - Training & Development:
Full specialist training course, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from our Clinical Care Manager. - Benefits:

- Experience with autism and challenging behaviours (a plus, but not required).
