A.S.D. Unique Services LLP is a family run care provider delivering high-quality residential care and support for adults with autism and/or learning disabilities.

Based in East Sussex, we operate four community-based residential services across the Hastings and St Leonards-on-Sea area. Our services support adults who may have autism and/or learning disabilities and who may present with associated complex or challenging needs.

Our aim is to provide a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where the people we support can live as independently as possible and enjoy meaningful lives within their local communities. Our teams regularly make use of local facilities, activities and amenities to encourage independence, social inclusion and community participation.

The Role

We are looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team across our residential services.

You will play an important role in supporting the people we care for with their day to day lives, encouraging independence and helping them to access activities and opportunities within the community.

This is a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to the lives of the people you support.

A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential for this role.

Previous experience in care or support work may be beneficial, but full induction and ongoing training will be provided.
