A newly established conveyancing firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing team near Hastings, East Sussex.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, provide expert legal advice and maintain strong client relationships. This role suits a driven professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality legal services and contributing to the growth of a dynamic firm.

• Independently manage and progress a full conveyancing caseload
• Deliver clear, client-focused legal advice
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation
• Represent clients in court or tribunals when necessary
• Support business development and networking efforts

• Level 6 Qualified Solicitor or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing
• Strong technical and case management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Proactive team player with a client-first mindset
