Job Title: Mobile Vehicle Technician

Location: Hastings & Surrounding Areas

Basic Salary: Up to 40,000k – OTE 48,

Working Hours: Monday to Friday & 1 in 4 Saturdays

Provide top‑notch customer care by offering technical advice and conducting vehicle inspections for diagnosis, maintenance and repairs. Deliver excellent technical advice and maintenance on all brand vehicles. Adhere to relevant protocols set by legislation, the company, the manufacturer and suppliers. Commit to continuous learning and development. Optimise resource utilisation when delivering services.

• Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnostics.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on mobile vehicles.
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical advice.
• Manage paperwork and administration.
• Support coaching and development of junior team members.

• Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 or NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent).
• Strong organisational skills for process management, administration and paperwork.
• Valid full driving licence, fewer than 9 penalty points, held for a minimum of 6 months.
• Proof of right to work in the UK.

• Mobile technician / mobile mechanic experience.
• Good customer service and vehicle maintenance skills.
• Driving licence.

Level 3 in vehicle maintenance (City & Guilds / NVQ) and driving licence.
