Sammons Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced SIA Facilities Manager for Hastings, East Sussex. This office‑based, full‑time permanent role oversees security and cleaning services in a busy, customer‑facing environment, guiding teams to maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance.
You will lead multi‑disciplinary teams, manage rotas, drive performance, and ensure high standards of service. A current SIA Front Line Licence is essential; ILM/CMI/NVQ or equivalents are advantageous.
