Estate Cleaning Operative role based on estates within TN34/TN35/TN38 postcodes. Pay: £13.92 per hour PAYE or £16.55 umbrella, start 24th Aug to 15th Nov. DBS basic required;
Full UK Driving Licence. Responsible for cleaning communal areas, lifts, stairs, bins, and reporting issues.
You will follow COSHH and safety rules, use PPE, operate cleaning machinery, and participate in out-of-hours rota as needed. Salary aligns with UK terms.
