- Leadership including running daily and weekly team meetings (5), conducting one-to-ones, training, coaching and performance reviews CRM, Systems and Process managing the CRM system, identifying and rolling out process improvements throughout the sales function. Workflow management allocating loads, assisting to drive sales processes forwards liaising with other functions Creating Sales Reports and Documents such a strategy reviews, client account reviews, KPI reports and profitability tracking Developing Sales Collateral such a proposals, presentations and sales documents.

You should have some transferrable experience either directly in sales or in a team leadership or management role, such as conduction one-to-ones, setting KPIs and managing performance, or similar.
