Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 DOE per annum, plus company car, bonus, and excellent benefits.

• Lead the overall performance and success of the Hastings site, driving business growth and profitability.
• Take full responsibility for achieving and exceeding financial and operational targets.
• Set a clear vision for the team, creating a culture of trust, accountability, and high performance.
• Develop, motivate, and support colleagues to encourage continuous improvement and maximise retention.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by maintaining high service and quality standards.
• Oversee all site operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, equipment, and stock.
• Control costs and minimise financial risk while maintaining operational excellence.
• Monitor performance against the operational business plan and implement improvements where required.
• Foster a positive and motivational working environment that promotes engagement and collaboration.
• Ensure the site operates safely, efficiently, and in line with company policies and procedures.
• Essential: Proven management experience within the bodyshop accident repair industry.
