Position: Assembly Operatives (Temporary)
Our client is seeking an Assembly Operative to join their team on a full time, temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual with good finger dexterity and attention to detail, looking to work in a hands-on assembly environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys putting components together and is motivated to support daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble small components and parts accurately
Carry out detailed, hands-on assembly work
Follow instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
Ensure finished products meet quality standards
Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

Good dexterity and fine motor skills
Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to work with small components and repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work full time
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
