Sammons Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee daily production activities and drive safety, quality and efficiency in a busy Hastings plant.
You will supervise a small team, coordinate tasks, support continuous improvement, and ensure production paperwork and quality records are maintained. This full-time, temp to perm role offers £16.00 per hour (dependent on experience).
