Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Operatives to join our client in a busy manufacturing environment operating across several key stages of the production process. This is a hands‑on role where you will be responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and high‑quality production of goods through multiple specialist stations on the line.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor equipment at the across multiple stations.

Ensure temperatures, timings, and processing steps are followed correctly to maintain product quality.

Carry out routine quality checks bag weight and seal integrity.

Keep all work areas clean, hygienic, and compliant with safety standards

Load materials and support smooth product flow through each stage of production

Identify any faults, defects, or issues and report them promptly to the supervisor

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all health & safety guidelines

Support the wider team in meeting daily output and efficiency targets

Rotate between stations as required to maintain an efficient production line

(Please be aware your role may not be limited to these tasks)

Preferable for this position but not essential:

Access to own vehicle

Requirements:

Right to work in the UK.

Previous experience in a similar role
