Overview
Volunteering with Change Grow Live in East Sussex is a great way to make a real difference in people’s lives whilst gaining valuable experience. Whether you want to give back to your community, develop new skills, or meet like-minded people, there are plenty of reasons to get involved.
Responsibilities- As an Outreach Support Volunteer you will be working in close collaboration with our outreach workers and partner agencies, signposting individuals, empowering and assisting them to access relevant services.
- Advocating for them and supporting them to achieve their goals and make positive changes as well as managing expectations of all involved.
