Overview
HTH Church seeks a Youth Lead who brings passion, vision, and pastoral care to ministry with 11–18s. This role will play a vital part in helping young people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and find their place within the life of the church—developing strong teams, building meaningful relationships in schools and the community, and empowering the next generation to live out their faith with confidence.
Responsibilities- Help young people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and find their place within the life of the church (ages 11–18).
- Develop strong teams to support youth ministry.
- Build meaningful relationships in schools and the wider community.
