Lead Dental Nurse

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Dental Nurse to join our friendly and professional team at our Hastings practice.

At David Neal Dental, this role offers the perfect balance of leadership responsibility and hands-on nursing. As our Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest clinical standards while supporting and developing the wider team.

About the Role
As Lead Dental Nurse, you will:

* Take responsibility for infection control protocols and ensure full compliance across the practice

* Support, mentor, and train trainee dental nurses

* Manage stock control and ordering efficiently

* Carry out infection control audits and maintain high clinical standards

* Continue to work chairside, doing what you enjoy most – nursing

No prior experience as a Lead Nurse? No problem. We provide full training and support to help you succeed in the role.

You’ll work alongside a highly skilled team of NHS and Private dentists and hygienists, giving you exposure to a wide range of treatments and opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge.

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday: 7:45am – 5:15pm

* Salary:
* Competitive and negotiable, depending on experience

* Start Date:

* Immediate start available

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour

: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

* Dental assisting: 2 years (required)

* Dental Nursing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

* Valid GDC registration (required)
