IC24 is seeking a Practice Nurse for primary care to join a multidisciplinary team. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care, preventive services, and chronic disease management in a community setting.
You will assess, treat, screen and educate patients, following NMC standards and local protocols. Part-time 16 hours per week with a salary pro rata at £46,066.59 per year, plus NHS Pension and enhanced leave.
