Revenue Lead (Maternity Cover 12 month FTC) – Medica Group
We are looking for a highly organised and analytical Revenue Lead to join our UK Finance team s role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with bespoke systems, and has a strong command of Excel and data analysis.
Role involves overseeing billing and direct cost operations across UK entities, ensuring invoicing and payments are completed accurately and on time. The role will lead a small team and focus on managing complex data, streamlining processes, and supporting financial reporting with precision.
Key responsibilities- Deliver timely and accurate client billing and direct cost calculations.
- Manage and support one direct report, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Oversee month-end processes, ensuring final stats are correct and deadlines are met.
- Conduct and coordinate month-end checks and investigate discrepancies.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance billing accuracy.
- Ensure accurate payments to reporters and invoicing to clients.
- Maintain client pricing and manage billing-related queries within authorisation limits.
- Liaise with stakeholders across credit control, commercial, and clinical teams.
- Review framework data and ensure accurate submissions to deadlines.
- Provide analytical support and assist in developing KPIs for the business.
- Collaborate with software development and deployment teams to ensure billing readiness for new services.
- Participate in system testing and improvement meetings.

Requirements- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Proven ability to prioritise and meet tight month-end deadlines.
- Experience investigating complex queries and resolving billing issues.
- Comfortable working with bespoke systems and financial data.
- Professional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience handling confidential data and maintaining data integrity.
