Co-op in Winchelsea is seeking a Customer Team Leader to guide a small team in a busy store and help deliver essential services to the community.
You’ll lead shifts, coach colleagues, work on the shop floor and in our bakery or post office, and drive good merchandising and customer service.
This part-time role includes overtime, training, a 30% staff discount, pension contributions, and 36 days’ holiday pro‑rata.
