Our client, who are a well-established Electrical Wholesale business, are looking to recruit a Branch Manager to join their branch located in East Sussex.

Responsibilities:

Being responsible for the profit of the Branch, ensuring sales targets are met, monitoring budgets and reporting back to senior management.
Working with and motivating the internal team to ensure best results from all staff.
Working closely with the Sales Manager to maximise the branch’s sales and continually developing the customer base.
Communicating with other branches and Head Office team.
Sales development with new and existing customers.

Skills/

Experience:

Electrical Wholesale experience.
Driving Licence.
The ability to work effectively within in a very fast-paced, busy branch.
Strong sales background, confident working in a sales-focused environment and able to build lasting relationships with customers.
