Working with a dynamic team to manage the maintenance of over 10,000 properties, Southern Housing is dedicated to delivering excellent services and improving our resilience. We are also keen to build new homes and grow our organisation. You will be based from our Hastings office with flexible working arrangements to be specified and agreed with your line manager. For this role you are required to travel to various sites and will need to have a full UK driving licence.
What youll need:
Experience of facilitation of resident involvement forums and focus groups. Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders. Knowledge and experience of key factors and methods required to sustain, promote, and ensure effective resident involvement, and consultation.
Experience of providing a customer-focused, high-quality service and managing complaints. Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in written reports.
