Tenancy Sustainment Champion - Frontline Support

Southern Housing is looking for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer based in Hastings to provide intensive support to vulnerable residents and help them sustain their tenancies. This role involves making referrals to statutory agencies and coordinating multi-agency meetings to ensure effective support.

Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, developing action plans, and visiting residents in their homes. Successful candidates will have experience in customer-focused roles, knowledge of housing law, and excellent communication skills.
