Shift Supervisor - Quick Time Critical Operations

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading Time Critical operations during assigned night shift within the UK Control Tower. The role ensures shipments are executed efficiently, service levels are met, and operational issues are resolved promptly, while providing clear on-shift leadership and decision-making. The shift is Monday-Friday 18:30 - 03:00h. How you create impact Supervise Time Critical operations during night shift Monitor live shipments, priorities, and exceptions, responding proactively Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues during the shift Allocate workload and provide on-shift guidance and support to the team Ensure effective shift handovers with clear communication of outstanding actions Monitor service, productivity, and compliance KPIs during the shift Ensure adherence to operational, security, and QSHE procedures Maintain accurate system updates and shift reporting What we would like you to bring Experience in logistics, control tower, or time-critical operations Previous supervisory or senior operational experience preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, shift-based environment Comfortable working in shifts What's in it for you As well as our competitive pay rates and superb training opportunities, we also offer a great working environment.
