Join Express 4X4 Truck Rental as a Sales Support Assistant Manager
. We specialize in flexible and affordable mid‑to‑long‑term pickup truck rentals across North America.

As a Sales Support Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Support Manager, Sales Support Team, and Sales Team to assist with on‑rent and off‑rent sales processes. This role supports reservation conversion, vetting, registrations, fulfillment, training, and customer inquiries for on‑rent; and manages the truck return process, administrative duties, and customer support for off‑rent. You will coordinate fleet availability, vendor interactions, and operational improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the administrative cycle of opening rental agreements, the off‑rent process, and closure of agreements, supporting the billing process.
  • Drive continuous improvement of on‑rent and off‑rent processes, collaborating with IT on corrective measures, problem solving, and process optimization.
  • Handle customer communication via phone and email, providing answers or redirecting to appropriate teams.
  • Reconcile available fleet, coordinate vehicle movements, and interact with vendors and dealers to locate vehicles.
  • Maintain vendor relationships.
  • Perform office administrative duties including filing, key reconciliation, project support, and updating customer files.
  • Assist in local delivery of rental vehicles as needed.
  • Support special projects as requested.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • 2+ years college or associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in the rental industry (vehicle or equipment).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Customer‑service focus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic problem‑solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment (computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, printers, fax machines). The position is based in Hatboro, PA with a hybrid schedule: one day remote, four days onsite. Periodic travel may be required.

Compensation and Benefits

The hiring range is $45,000–$55,000 USD annually. The role is non‑exempt and will receive overtime pay for hours over 40 per week. Hourly pay applies, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus based on performance.
