One of our Montgomery County clients is looking to hire a Treasury Analyst. This is an awesome opportunity to join a small team and make an immediate difference! The ideal candidate has 1+ year of treasury experience and some Treasury Management Systems experience (ideally Kyriba).
*** 3 days in office, 2 remote

Description:

• Manage daily cash operations using banking portals.
• Collaborate with bankers, IT, and internal teams to improve processes and digitize cash and treasury operations.
• Prepare regular cash position reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) to enhance efficiency.
• Serve as a treasury contact for other departments and subsidiaries, handling bank-related inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
• Perform high-volume bank account reconciliations.
• Help develop cash forecasts for management review.
• Maintain banking records and ensure compliance with SOX and FBAR documentation.
• Review and monitor bank fees, including credit card and cash management costs.
• Implement operational controls and best practices.
• Assist in creating treasury policies and procedures.
• Support other departments with financial reports and month/quarter-end tasks.
• Provide information for internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• 1+ years of treasury experience
