This position focuses on the creation, modification, and optimization of CNC programs for complex Swiss-machined components manufactured from a variety of metals and plastics. The CNC Swiss Programmer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety in a dynamic manufacturing environment, while also providing leadership and mentorship to machinists and fellow programmers.

Exposure to the aerospace or medical device sectors is highly valued, and candidates will have the opportunity to expand their leadership skills as the role progresses toward a supervisory capacity.

As a CNC Swiss Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and refining CNC programs for multi-axis Swiss machinery, collaborating closely with a team of skilled machinists and engineers. The position requires hands-on programming proficiency, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
