Youth Sports Coach & Marketing Assistant

Overview

We are Soccer Stars/Amazing Athletes Bucks Mont & Mainline, a long-standing youth education program focused on the FUNdamentals of sports through positive reinforcement, imaginative themes, and engaging games. We serve ages 1-12+ across Bucks County, Montgomery County, NE Philadelphia, and the Mainline of Pennsylvania.

We are looking to hire an energetic Sports Coach to lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, counsellor, camper, or leader) and enjoys working with kids. This role is suitable for someone pursuing early childhood education or who loves sports and physical activities.

• Lead classes and activities for children in a safe, engaging, and educational environment
• Implement age-appropriate activities, games, and drills
• Maintain a positive, encouraging atmosphere to build confidence and teamwork
• Collaborate with locations such as preschools, recreation centers, parks, soccer clubs, schools, and private events
• Adapt schedules across multiple time blocks (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) as needed

• Operates year-round (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer)
• Locations include preschools, recreation centers, public parks, soccer clubs, elementary/middle schools, and private events
• Class times:
  Mornings (8am–12pm), Afternoons (12pm–4pm), Evenings (4pm–8pm); 7 days a week
• Candidate should be available for one or more time groupings

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driving license and own reliable vehicle
• Willing to commute to different locations
• Passion for positively impacting the lives of young children
• Availability on a consistent, weekly basis
• Prior experience working with children preferred

• Lead Coaches can earn between $30-$50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
