We are hiring immediately for an entry-level position at the Norfolk Southern Morrisville Yard in Langhorne, PA. This is a permanent position with on-the-job training. No experience is required. The role is a combination of a Hostler Driver and Ground Person. On-the-job training is available to become a forklift operator and crane operator for employees who prove to be safe and dependable.

Room for advancement. Facilities operate 24/7/365.

• Drive company vehicles in a safe manner.
• Spotting and parking of Intermodal freight trailers.
• Locking and unlocking of Intermodal freight trains.
• Be safety-minded and follow the rules and regulations.

• Starting rate is $20.06.
• After 30 days you go to $21.24.
• After 6 months you go to the top pay of $23.60.
• There is a 401(k) of $3.00 per hour up to 40 hours a week.

• 8 am shift (Most Likely).
• 5 days a week.
• 8-10 hours daily but could be up to 12 hours daily.

• Make $45,000 - $60,000 in your 1st year.

• A valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass a 7-year background check; felonies in the last 7 years or jail time in the last 5 years will disqualify applicants.

• Must be able to pass an IPCS Physical Capabilities Test.
• No GED or diploma is required.

You will be employed directly by Pacific Rail Services and will not be an employee of the Railroad.
