Rail Terminal Non CDL Driver

We are hiring immediately for this entry-level position working at the Norfolk Southern Morrisville Yard in Langhorne, PA in a recession-proof industry! This is a permanent position with on-the-job training. We'll teach you everything you need to know to be successful on the job. No Experience is required. The job is a combination of a Hostler Driver and Ground Person as they are 1 and the same job.

On-the-job training is also available to become a forklift operator and crane operator if the employee in the position of Jockey Driver/Ground person proves to be a safe and dependable employee. Room for advancement. We run 24/7/365 day facilities.

• Drive company vehicles in a safe manner.
• Spotting and parking of Intermodal freight trailers.
• Locking and unlocking of Intermodal freight trains.
• Be safety-minded and follow the rules and regulations.

• Starting rate is $20.06.
• After 30 days you go to $21.24.
• After 6 months you go to top pay of $23.60.
• There is also 401K of $3.00 an hour up to 40 hours a week.

• 8 am shift (Most Likely).
• 5 days a week.
• 8-10 hours daily but could be up to 12 hours daily.

Applicants for the Jockey Driver/Groundperson position must meet the general requirements for employment with the company, according to the Company hiring process which includes:

• A valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass a 7-year background check. Any felonies in the last 7 years or jail time in the last 5 years will disqualify applicants.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be able to pass an IPCS Physical Capabilities Test.
• No GED or diploma is required.

You will be employed directly by Pacific Rail Services and will not be an employee of the Railroad.
