We are looking for an experienced Motor Trade Sales Administrator to support a busy dealership in Welham Green, Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities- Provide full administrative support for a team of sales executives and business managers.
- Invoice retail new and used vehicles, as well as trade sales.
- Maintain accurate records in the AFRL tax system.
- Assist with DVLA taxing practices (knowledge an advantage).
- Experience as a motor trade sales administrator, preferably with a franchise dealer or car dealership.
- Proficient in the AFRL tax system.
- Skilled with the Kerridge computer system (candidate experience with other motor trade database systems is acceptable).
- Good general knowledge of DVLA taxing practices is a plus.
Permanent role with competitive salary of £23k, bonus and overtime opportunities.
