Sealing room assistant

Create have teamed up with a womenswear manufactures, who supply fast Fashion to the high street.

They are currently recruiting for a Sealing Room Assistant who can do Pattern Amendments

Idealy a Junior Pattern Technician with approximately 1–2 years’ experience in pattern amendments to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to further develop their technical expertise within a supportive and structured environment. The successful candidate will receive training in our internal methods and processes while taking ownership of key responsibilities across sampling and fit coordination.

• Attending fit sessions in Leicester (company car provided)
• Overseeing the machine room to ensure fit samples are completed in line with scheduled fit meetings
• Organising and preparing fabrics for fit samples following pattern amendments
• Creating and maintaining detailed customer workbooks
• Scheduling and booking fit sessions
• Managing customer communications and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner

• 1–2 years’ experience in pattern amendments within a fashion or garment production environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to established company processes
