Speyhawk Limited in Hertfordshire is seeking a Project Manager for commercial fit-out projects. You will interface directly with clients from the initial brief, measure and price the works, and oversee delivery to contract.
Projects are typically £100k to £1 million; knowledge of interiors (raised access flooring, furniture, glass partitions) is essential, and a Construction Management background or trade experience with fit-out contractors is preferred.
