Senior Estimator

A well-established interiors and refurbishment main contractor, specialising in high-quality projects across commercial and industrial sectors are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team due to continued growth.

As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in securing new business by preparing accurate and competitive tenders. They tender projects typically ranging from £1m to £5m, delivering exceptional results for their clients.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment and fit-out projects (£1m-£5m).
• Analyse tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify project scope and risks.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Develop tender strategies to maximise win rates and profitability.
• Work closely with the pre-construction and contracts teams to ensure seamless project handover.

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in the interiors and refurbishment sector.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.

• Upto £95k plus car / allowance and benefits package.
• A collaborative and supportive team environment.

Salary: £75000 – £95000/annum per annum plus car / allowance
