An established regional main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Planner.

The company delivers a varied portfolio of new-build and refurbishment projects across London and the Home Counties, including education, healthcare, commercial, residential, heritage and community schemes. Projects generally range from £1 million to £5 million, with larger schemes reaching £10 million.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and highly-respected regional contractor with long-term work secured, experienced management and a supportive approach to professional development. The successful candidate will join an established Pre-Construction and Estimating team, contributing to a diverse pipeline of projects from the earliest tender stages.

The successful applicant will be an experienced Construction Planner or Pre-Construction Planner with a strong understanding of building construction, methodology and sequencing.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

• Proven planning or pre-construction experience with a regional or medium-sized UK main contractor
• Experience producing tender and pre-construction programmes
