🎓 Key Responsibilities

* Supervise whole classes during teacher absence

* Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure learning continues

* Maintain positive behaviour management and classroom order

* Support students to stay on task and engaged

* Follow school policies on safeguarding and behaviour

* Report back to teaching staff on lesson outcomes

🌱 About You

* Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred)

* Confident managing a classroom and engaging students

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Calm, professional, and adaptable approach

* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection (training provided)

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
