Supply Teaching Assistant – Hatfield.

Salary: £90–£95 per day (based on experience).

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational setting (desirable but not essential).
• Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Confidence in supporting classroom management and encouraging positive behaviour.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different schools, classes and year groups.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Reliable, enthusiastic and ready to make a positive impact wherever you work.
