Talentmark are recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background within Estates and Building services to join a well-established and successful global pharmaceutical company, based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, on a permanent basis.
The Estates Senior Project Manager will manage building services and engineering projects across pharmaceutical, laboratory, R&D and commercial facilities. The role will oversee projects from concept through to completion and handover, ensuring compliance with GMP/GxP, EHS, CDM, budget and programme requirements.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage engineering and building services projects from concept to handover.
- Oversee contractors, consultants and specialist engineering SMEs.
- Manage capital projects, budgets, programmes and commercial contracts.
- Support asset replacement, energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP, EHS, CDM and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate project reporting, risk, change control and qualification activities.
- Ensure successful commissioning and handover into operational teams.
- Building Services / Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/BEng/MEng or equivalent).
- Proven Project Management / Engineering Project experience.
- Experience with in pharmaceutical, life sciences or regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of M&E/MEP building services.
- Experience with GMP/GxP/GLP, contractors and specialist consultants.
- Knowledge of systems including BMS, AHUs, chillers, boilers and compressed air.
It is essential that applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK.
