Finance Business Partner

Were looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our FP&A and Business Partnering team, supporting our Asset Strategy & Capital Delivery (AS&CD) directorate.

This is a high-profile role where youll act as a trusted financial adviser to the Asset Strategy Director and senior leadership team, helping drive financial performance, investment decisions and long-term business outcomes across a directorate of more than 500 people.

Youll work closely with the Head of Investment Programme Management, acting as their primary finance contact, while providing financial insight and reporting to our CFO, CEO and AS&CD Director.

Youll also be a senior member of our Finance team, with the opportunity to support and coach our management accountants and analysts.

This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Hatfield Head Office, with the option to work remotely up to two days a week. Due to the nature of the role and the senior stakeholders youll work with, flexibility around working hours is important.
